Inspired by the precision and artistry of French pastry chef Pierre Hermé, the patisserie was conceived as an immersive expression of craft. The project extended from a refreshed brand identity and logo to a fully renewed façade, new storefront windows, custom millwork, sculptural lighting, and a precisely composed marble floor. Warm blush tones, dark wood, and brass carry that identity throughout the space—polished, unexpected, and considered down to the smallest detail.
